Role:
The
Maintenance
Technician
is
a
full-time
position,
based
in
North
Bloomfield,
Ohio.
Key
Responsibilities:

Performing
routine
maintenance
tasks
on
industrial
and
packaging
equipment
-
Troubleshooting
mechanical
issues
-
Conducting
preventive
maintenance
-
Ensuring
all
machinery
is
operating
efficiently
-
Collaborating
with
team
members
to
implement
effective
repair
solutions
and
assisting
with
regular
evaluations
of
equipment
performance
Candidate
Requirements:
-
Proven
experience
in
Equipment
Maintenance
and Industrial
Maintenance
-
Strong
skills
in
Troubleshooting
and
Maintenance
&
Repair
Experience
in
implementing
and
conducting
Preventive
Maintenance
programs
-
Proficiency
in
operating,
inspecting,
and
repairing
industrial
equipment
and
tools
-
Ability
to
read
and
interpret
technical
manuals,
diagrams,
and
schematics
-
Effective
communication
and
problem-solving
skills
-
High
school
diploma
or
equivalent
required;
technical
certifications
in
industrial
maintenance
or
related
fields
are
a
plus
